(Imam Ahmad, At-Tabarani, Ibn Hibban, Al-Haakim, Al-Albany) A variation of this hadith reported by Al-Albany in AsSahiha states: Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: "This matter (Islam) will reach as far as Day and Night (can reach), honoring an honorable and dishonoring (disgracing) a dishonorable (lowlife, who deserves to be disgraced or humiliated). An honor by which Allah honors Islam and a disgrace by which Allah disgraces disbelief."
